1. Company

These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by DaizyChain LLC ("Daizy Chain," "we," "us," or "our"), a company based in Los Angeles, California. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

Daizy Chain provides an AI Opportunity Assessment — a personalized consulting report that identifies where artificial intelligence can save your business time and money. The assessment is delivered within 48 hours of the completed discovery call and is priced at $497 (USD) per engagement.

The assessment includes a voice-based discovery call conducted by our AI voice agent Annie, followed by a 10+ page written report prepared and reviewed by a human consultant at Daizy Chain.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment of $497 (USD) is due at the time of booking. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

No refunds will be issued once the assessment has begun — defined as the moment the discovery call is scheduled or the onboarding intake form is submitted. If you need to reschedule your discovery call, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance at steve@daizychain.ai.

4. Data Collection and Use

During the discovery call, a transcript of your voice conversation with Annie is generated. This transcript is used solely to produce your AI Opportunity Assessment report. It is not shared with third parties, sold, or used for any purpose beyond fulfilling your assessment.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

The AI Opportunity Assessment is an advisory service. Daizy Chain provides recommendations based on the information you share during the discovery call and our expertise in AI implementation. We do not guarantee any specific business results, revenue outcomes, cost savings, or operational improvements from implementing the recommendations contained in your report.

Results will vary based on your business, industry, team, and implementation effort. Our role is to identify opportunities — the outcomes depend on your execution.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the report delivered to you. Daizy Chain retains the right to use anonymized, non-identifiable insights from assessments to improve our methodology and services. We will never publish, share, or reference your business name or specific details without your written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DaizyChain LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on our report. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the assessment.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
